Delete your account
You can delete your ANYWAY IT SOLUTIONS dealer account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app
- Open the ANYWAY IT SOLUTIONS app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to Delete my account.
- Tap it, then confirm Delete permanently.
The deletion happens immediately and signs you out of every device. It cannot be undone.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address you registered with and we will delete the account for you. We respond within 30 days, and normally within a few working days.

What gets deleted
- Your dealer profile — name, mobile number, company name, city and GST number.
- Your email sign-in identity, so the one-time-code login no longer recognises you.
- Your price-list access permission.
- Your notification device tokens, so the app stops sending you notifications.
- Your in-app activity history, including which products you viewed.
What we may keep, and why
We do not keep a copy of your profile. If you have placed orders or raised enquiries with us, the underlying business and tax records may be retained separately for as long as Indian accounting and tax law requires. Those records are not part of the app account and are not used to identify you in the app after deletion.
Getting back in later
Deletion is permanent. If you want to use the app again afterwards, you can register from scratch with the same email address and wait for approval as a new dealer.
