Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the ANYWAY IT SOLUTIONS Android app and website collect, why, and what you can do about it. The app is a private tool for approved dealers of ANYWAY IT SOLUTIONS. It is not a consumer shopping app, it carries no advertising, and we do not sell data to anyone.
Who is responsible
ANYWAY IT SOLUTIONS is the data controller for this app. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, contact hindochamitang@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why

| Email address | It is how you sign in. We email you a one-time code instead of using a password, so your email address is the account itself. |
| Name, mobile number, company name, city, and GST number (optional) | You enter these when you request access. We use them to decide whether to approve you as a dealer and to contact you about orders and enquiries. |
| Notification token | A device identifier issued by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, used only to deliver the notifications you have allowed. It is removed when you log out or delete your account. |
| In-app activity | Which product categories and items you open, and when you were last active. We use this to know which products dealers actually need and to keep the product list useful. It is not used for advertising or profiling. |
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, calendar, microphone or camera. The app requests no such permissions.
Who processes it for us
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Hosting) — stores the account and product data and delivers notifications.
- Clerk — sends the one-time sign-in code to your email address and verifies it.
- Cloudflare — delivers the product catalogue and PDF documents to the app, and runs the service that keeps the price list in sync.
These providers act on our instructions only. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Your account details are kept while your dealer account is active. In-app activity records are kept for a limited period for reporting and then removed. If you delete your account, the data described above is deleted — see below.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app: Profile → Delete my account. That permanently removes your profile, price-list access, notification tokens, activity history and your sign-in identity. It cannot be undone. You can also ask us to do it for you — see Account deletion requests.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Most details you can correct yourself in the app under Profile. For anything else, email hindochamitang@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This app is a business tool for dealers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
Sign-in uses one-time email codes, so there is no password to steal. Access to prices and product data is restricted per account on the server side, and every request is encrypted in transit. Only approved dealer accounts can see the price list.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
